Remote Support software allows a Conex Technician to remotely control your computer. We only use encrypted, safe and secure software which requires your permission to make a connection. Once the connection is closed there is no way for us to connect again without your permission. This ensures that connections can only be made when you, the customer, allow them to happen.

This can be very helpful in resolving a problem or when you need some quick advice without the need for a technician to call on-site. As long as you have an internet connection we can do Remote Support for you.
