At Conex, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and providing reliable IT solutions and Remote Support to homes and businesses around New Zealand. Our team places a strong emphasis on after-sale support and stays up-to-date on the latest technologies to offer customised and cost-effective solutions.
You won’t find any overpriced equipment here – we value honesty and genuine customer care in our service industry. This commitment to excellence earned us the Customer Choice Award for Service Provider at the Northland Business Excellence Awards in 2013.
Most of our customers come to us through recommendations, thanks to the close relationships we build with them. In 2018, our founders Chris and Claire decided to move to the South Island for family time and a new adventure, leading to the closure of our Whangarei office. Today, we support customers remotely from our head office in Oamaru, with contractors available in major centers throughout New Zealand for onsite work or repairs.
